By registering with Just Us Nation, parents/guardians agree that the organization may collect basic information including parent contact details, athlete information, emergency contacts, payment/registration records, and media (photos/videos) taken during practices, games, and events. This information is used strictly to manage team participation, communicate schedules and updates, process fees, maintain athlete safety, meet league/tournament requirements, and promote Just Us Nation programs.

 

Just Us Nation does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with authorized coaches and staff, leagues or tournament operators, payment processors, or emergency personnel when necessary or required by law. Photos and videos may be used on social media, flyers, and the organization’s website; parents/guardians may request removal of specific media at any time.

 

Information about minors is collected only from parents or legal guardians for participation and safety purposes. Reasonable measures are taken to protect personal information and limit access to authorized personnel only. Parents/guardians may request updates, corrections, or communication removal by contacting Just Us Nation directly.
